Concept X terms

This contract is to determine the terms and conditions of using the application Concept X, is concluded between the user and Takin Tosee Karo Iranian company It allows users to engage in social and professional interactions in places contracted by the platform. Please read the following text carefully before use.

1. Register and create a user account
– Users are required to enter accurate and correct information during registration.
– Each person is only allowed to create one personal user account and one professional account.
– It is the responsibility of the user to maintain the login information (username and password).

2. Privacy and information security
– Concept X is committed to protecting users’ privacy.
– Personal information, location and data of user interactions are protected using encryption protocols and Vaporizer network.
– Users’ data will not be sold or transferred to third parties under any circumstances, unless required by law.

3. Terms of Service
– Users are only allowed to use the application in the places of the contracting party.
– To start interactions, purchasing a subscription is required.
– In case of leaving the location, access to previous chats will be maintained only if the user is added to the contact list.
– By default and automatically, when you first enter the Concept X application, one of the user profiles will be active. Continue to be active or inactive of each profile (personal or professional) It is up to the user and he can manage the display status of his profiles at any time.

4. User behavior
– Users are required to observe respect and ethics in their interactions.
– The use of offensive, threatening language or inappropriate content is prohibited.
– Any abuse of the application or disturbing other users will lead to account blocking.
– In case of doing any behavior or sending a message against moral principles, social custom or Sharia regulations, the company is allowed to suspend or block the user’s account, without the need for prior notification or warning.

5. Responsibilities
– The company providing Concept X is not responsible for the content of chats, the accuracy of user information or the results of social and professional interactions.
– The user is solely responsible for all interactions with other users.

6. Intellectual property rights
– All content of the application, including logo, design, texts and software codes, belongs to the company that owns the Concept X franchise, and any unauthorized use of it is prohibited.
– Users do not have the right to use Concept X’s name or trademark in personal or commercial activities without prior permission.

7. Payments and subscriptions
– Purchase of subscription is done through valid portals and payment information will be protected according to security standards.
– If money is deducted from the user’s bank account without charging the user’s account, the amount deducted will be returned to the original account within 72 working hours at most. If the amount is not returned to the user’s account after this period, the user can follow up on the matter through the “Contact Us” or Support section.
– If the user deposits more than the specified amount, the overpayment will be added to his user account in the Concept X application, and it will not be possible to return the amount to the bank account. The user can use the credit available in his user account to use the application services.

8. Changes in rules and services
– The company is allowed to update the terms of use at any time.
– Continuous use of the application will mean acceptance of new changes.
